The legal basis for this "tracking" is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
c) E-mail
We offer a contact form on our website which you can use to request information about our products or services or to make general contact. We have marked the data that you must provide to answer an enquiry as mandatory fields. Information on other data fields is voluntary. We need this information in order to process your enquiry, address you correctly and send you an answer. The data processing takes place with concrete inquiries to the fulfilment of a contract and/or to the contract initiation. General enquiries are processed on the basis of a weighing of interests.
Enquiries received via the contact form on our website are processed electronically by us in order to answer your enquiry. In this context, other persons or departments may also become aware of the form contents that you have sent.
Your e-mail is not stored on the web server in a database.
At the end of each year, a check is made to see whether any further storage information is required.
d) Applications
We collect and process the personal data of applicants for the purpose of processing the application process. When an employment contract is concluded with an applicant, the transferred data is stored for the purpose of establishing and processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. You may receive further information as the contract is being prepared.
If no employment contract is concluded with applicants, the application documents will be deleted six months after notification of the rejection, provided that no other legitimate interests of the data controller oppose deletion. Other legitimate interests in this sense include, for example, the duty to provide evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz - AGG).
Other interest can also be (possibly also your interest) that your application could be interesting for future advertised positions. In this case, we will inform you with the rejection letter for the current position that we will continue to store your documents for up to two years after receipt in order to take them into account when filling other suitable positions. They will be deleted after two years. If you do not wish this to happen, please inform us by letter, e-mail or phone.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1b DSGVO serves as the legal basis for the processing of personal data required for the performance of a contract to which the person concerned is a party. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
